Have the upgrade rates ever been datamined?

Dying to know this.. do we at least know if 9% mats have a higher success rate than 12%, whos higher than 15% etc?

Would love to see any actual numbers on this, played this game yeaars ago and recall there always being horseshit luck based claims about everything in the game, even farming in corners lol. Now that people have had all of this time to analyze 12s2 files, can't imagine this info is still unknown ;-;
