where did you buy your computer? Silkroad doesnt accept the shop you bought ur pc in :) you have to go back to the shop , tell them to give you a SRO code to put it in
btw its just because u have something else installed I guess =) unstall all crap about sro , and install it again

i had that on my laptop, couldnt really find the problem for it, so i didnt install it on my laptop cuz it just couldnt, wait till next major update and try again ;) u also might not have the newest version installer of silkroad
