Error installing da game

Hey, I downloaded silkroad NEW BIG update(Hotan Fortress) but can't install.
It says : This is a client file that can be used after the Legend 4 Plus - Hotan Fortress update.

So, any ideas? :confused:

1) Go to silkroadonline.net
2) If the site is Open then try to Install
3) Press Thx
