Need Help For PS

Hi. I want to make a private server and i don't know what client and sourse to use. On my server i want :talimans, my own tokens to make some items etc, without ninja, and site for register. if I remember what I was a post here.TY

LOTF/Hybrid = 5017
Binary 5065 = 5065
Binary 5072 = 5072/5089
CoEmu = 5095/5101
New LOTF = 5165

Those are the server versions... what more would you need to know?

What is in the clients for those versions CAN be supported by the source (does not guarentee the source has it already added in, in many cases you will need to program things yourself)


Lotf SUCKS, very poorly written code but is very noob friendly. Operates on 5017 meaning obviously no ninja/tali/horse/quiz

CoEmu (5095) bit better code, being 5095 it obviously has tali/ninja/quiz (CAN be added, does not mean they are all fully functioning. CoEmu in it's base form is basically a blank slate. The modified versions that have skills and other stuff added have all been fairly horrendous)


Binary = illegal but has almost everything functioning. You can't modify things easily (beyond simple rates/npcs and stuff). It's not a source, it's an executable file in which you basically just fuck around with the database.


5165: not used but loads are using it now... being 5165 it has horses, ninja, all that bullshit.


Ooh: there is also a public conquer 1.0 source meaning no lotto/pot/2nd reborn/diss city/ninja/tali/130 items etcetc

Another thing you gotta mention is that CoEmu can be upgraded to 5156 as someone posted how.

It can be upgraded to 5165 but the released way is upgrading it to 5156.

Binary files are illegal and not allowed to be posted on ElitePvpers. They are copyright by TQ and servers running them tend to get shut down if they gain any sort of success or popularity.

My opinion is to use CoEmuv2.
Its stabler than LOTF.

i try to make coemu v2 private server and i have 1 problem: i configured my private server i created my account in DB and i can't login on my character

You probably didn't set up the ip's right.
Lol I wanted to use CoEmu a while back but I figure out the ip's right so i quit.

finish my private server wotk now :d but i have on work at it(lottery unknowman all npc)
