Help please!

Ok, i have been getting an error in hefei for a couple days now. Everytime i go there i get an error like

Can't find resource [C:\Program Files\Vinagame\Cuulongtranhba\Data\Model\MR_BASEMO DEL.XP : Mitem_wea_w23_001.X3D

When i click ok the game shuts down. I have reinstalled the game about 4 times now and downloaded it like 3 times to see if my download was not complete. I dont know how to fix this please help.

I just want to say that I get the same error in some areas I go not all but this includes hefei too

update to 72 verson and use this
