where to down load

where can i find the files i need to start my own private sro server ??
I have been all over the net and can not find any good links to download from all are bad links ..........

well sir i did not come on here to bad mouth you or anyone else .. but i did come on here to ask a simple question to the supposed expert side of the forums .. but for your information i have found several sites that said it was a good link but none were even including links from here on pvpers ..

and that link you gave me is not a good link either it just sets there trying to go to the site .. so maybe you should check it out before you open your mouth .........
