Arma 3 Low Fps

Hey ,

i'm playing arma since a year and i always got about 70 fps on ultra settings . After one of the newest patches im just getting about 7-15 fps . I tried many things but nothing can fix it . Maybe you know a solution for this ?

i5-4690K
Geforce 770OC Edition
8GB Ram
