Need for Speed World Exception Caught

Hi,

I have a Problem with Need for Speed World 1.8

When I start the Server, there stands

Attemping to Connect XMPPHOST #1
Failed, retrying

Attemping to Connect XMPPHOST #2
Failed, retrying
,...

And then is there an Error
Wirker Exception Caught
Process has Excited, so the requested information is not available


What can I do????????
Please Help me

Reinstall Python 2.7 with "Path" option when install.
