Hi if i change steam password i have to wait 15 days again? Please answer someone

You need to wait 7 days till you will be available to trade/use market.

If you change password/e-mail youll have to wait 7 days AGAIN, if you enable/disable Steam Guard, then you have to wait 15 days

it says passowrd change stuff cause of inactivity thing and i gotta wait 15 days or soemthing but I am waiting since 14 dasy ago tomorrow i can trade finally so I gotta wait again 15 days???
