Download the Shaiya ES Client and search within the Item.SData, it really isn't that hard.

haha i asked that because i didnt had the es client xD now i have it i have all but when i want to wear the wings it doesnt use it nothing happens, i think that i need a dll o something that do it work

Not a .dll file necessarily, but yes, you will need to edit your ps_game to accept the wing slot since it does not exist there.
