[request help] Agent/gameserver Abnormal condition

can not start server ... agent and the second gameserver.
i got fatal error notification
operate [START_SERVICE] failed 107: AgentServer: Abnormal condition
operate [START_SERVICE] failed 109: SR_GameServer: Abnormal condition
