Searched But Never Found, ePvp Plz Help

Hello ePvp World :)
i want to write my own silkroad bot for ISRO, SROR, VSRO
and i'm newbie to this
i have some question about that and i hope y'll help me
i've searched a lot and i found topics about general coding but it doesn't help
the problem is not about coding
the problem is i can't understand the game PACKETS deal with the source code
and how i can convert codes wrote for ISRO to work on VSRO as example
the PACKETS things drives me crazy, im on my laptop 2 days ago searching and searching, i think i have some free time or full free time :D
please if you're about to help go easy on me, i'm a little bit stupid :D
