NOT a Beginner , but do got a question about Skills

SO, as title said I have made pvserver before , I have used the files. I know what I am doing. My only question is.

What's the best way to actually modify vsro encrypted skills ?
I switched back then to black rogue for this reason that they weren't encrypted.

Any tips ? Suggestions ?

-----Edit------ Probably posted on the wrong section.... lol

Decrypting them seems like a good option xd

Obviously you know what you're doing. People need to learn to put aside their pride when they're asking questions.
Use the attached program to decrypt/encrypt skilldata.

How to use? drag/drop text files
