hi i was wondering is there any way to reset account to lvl 1 to make a fresh acc without achievements or nothing just like i just started a game?

I dont understand your post.
My question is the same. Is any possibility, to sell cars and earn money, buy cars and spend money, and more things like we are playing online?

Yes you can, but with a difference of not buying things for real money in the game.
I mean SpeedBoost currency. The entire game is free.
The disadvantage is that that you can not play with friends on the network. The whole game is in single player mode.

The launcher is the IGC be a range of currencies, and Speed Boost currency.In the real World Online, such options not be possible.
