Problem with Sr_Shardmanager

Im trying to start a server, it loads for while and the only thing that wont start service is Sr_Shardmanager and after some time it goes to "not responding" and gives me the error shown in the picture

Start shard manager and w8 till its full loaded.... then u can start game server.. also check ODBC sources DNS settings
