Redesign webpage

looking for a guy, who'll do a design my webpage, which is in preparation. Simple page, nothing complicated.

What does this job contains?
- you'll do a icon for webpage
- dark scheme responsive webdesign
- make new colors for logo(my avatar)
- navbar-brand image
- few more images
- 3 subpages

I can leave 22€ for it. If i like it, then i could have more job for you and for much better price.
