I need some rules clearification

Ok, first off if you don't know what you are talking about please don't bother to post on this thread.

Second, i know that it's totally irrelevant with this section, but i wanted to ask this for a long time.

As far as i know, rules say clearly that you are rensposible for the accounts you are selling. Which means, if you think about it that if the account gets banned after you sell it (or refunded, or whatever) then it's your fault. (unless if it was the buyer who leaded the account to the ban)
I mean, if i buy an account, and then i resell it here, and the account later on gets banned (for bot use in the past, the old owner made a ban request or what ever) then it should be the seller's rensposibilitty to refund the buyer's money right?

How comes, most of the sellers here tell to their threads ''Once you've bought the account, i am not rensposible for what happens''?
So on league of legends, where you can actually take back your account by support, you can sell the account and then take it back?
what the rules say for it, can the seller make TOS (Terms of use) on his thread that he is not rensposibie for the account's security, after he has sold it or not?

Thank you, and sorry for the long message

P.S.Incase someone deletes this, please PM me with the answer so i can know atleast..

For LoL account trading, it is super difficult.

1) You are not allowed to Sell LoL accounts, so a terms of use is irrelavent
2) If it is a DO account, you must inform the buyer that the account is botted, if it is under your control. However if you bought account from botter, like 2 weeks ago, and u sold it yesterday but today new buyer is banned. You must also inform them: The account may be botted before xxx Date

3) Never buy/sell LoL accounts... bad idea

But selling DO accounts is forbidden aswell.
I mean, if you buy it from someone and then it gets banned, and it's not the buyer's fault, he should take a refund.
How can people write in their threads'' I am not rensposible for the account im selling'' ?
it's like saying, i'm selling a milk which lasts for ever, but if it doesen't it's not my rensposibility since you bought it
wtf

1) Imo it's buyers fault if the reseller let him know about every past bot-experiences, if the account got sospened etc., simply you shouldn't buy it.
2) The problem is when the reseller lie about it, in this case he/she has to refund you.
Case 1*: Presuming the account is clear, the buyer (B) start using bots; then BP detect him as a bot-user and ban the account. B goes to reseller (A) and asks to refund him cause the account he bought from A has used bot. Now, this is not good :)
Case 2*: (always supposed) the account isn't clear but A doesn't inform B or lies about that and the trade goes well. The next banwave the account get detected using illegal programms; B goes to A and asks for refund but A says it's B's fault that used bots and the account was clear when A sold it to B. This is not good either :)
Case 3*: bla bla bla, the first seller (alpha) didn't mentioned about using bot-X. Bot-X is not detected at first; after few months BP finds out how to find them and the account puf banned; meantime the account makes a lot of travel: Ai⇆Bi. No-one knows alpha used bot with it. In this case A & B are innocents (and fools. Good job alpha!).
Case 4*: A & B both lie (this is funny :D)
Case 5*: bla bla bla, A stoled an account or bought a stoled account and then sells it to B. Account get banned because the real owner(C) started the procedure to block the account. (Good job C!)

Conclusion: it's always risky buying illegal "goods". Buying/selling/sharing DO accounts is forbidden. So you wont have security like you can have buying milk to the supermarket; everyone can lie in this business and you wont know who is the liar or the fool. If you want to play darkorbit just buy an account from one of your friends or form a trusted member and you are good ;)... or become a reseller.

I'm not sure about case 3* :D
*= some examples that explains that responsabilities are based on the mutual trust.
