Players get 300 Silk after Character Creating

The bad things / Client side
- Disabled towns still appear on MAP
- Mastery Level shows 330
- Degree 11 Skills still shows on Skill Page

The reason for this is because of my job / insufficient free time and because im working alone, i dont have a 'Development' partner

I'm not looking for a profit from this server but if this it's gonna work, i will be happy to get at least the cost for Dedicated Server.

what about ip limit ? and add more info about server and when the server gone be online ?

I know, realising a server you have to inform about good things of server, but what i want to show is my WILL and maybe i can find a partner for THIS.

The thing is about all this private servers opened at the moment, i do really hate DGR 12 13 14, and what i want is at least to try re-creating the Silkroad atmosphere like in old times, 9 10 years ago
