wizard: almost all skills, light is not usefull, unless 20lv skill on giants. (dont up those 16lv skill like root, trap and etc its useless at 30lv up just invisible and earth barrier)
bard: moving march, noise. that's all. at high lv if you want to be battle bard you need almost all skils. HF

But like kingeugen shown you on the picture but without Melody and some skills from Sound since u have mana orbit you dont need any other skills for mana. And i would count out those skills on phys dmg from dances cuz usually in a pt wizz makes the dmg or any int char cuz it has just better dmg :P

If you want to be battle bard then yea, but if you need it only as a subclass for wizz and then on 100 you would add cleric just add moving/swing march and noise.
