Hardware upgrade

Hi, I would like to upgrade my poor pc (thanks xmas!) to play wow properly, in raid and not.

My currenct spec is:
Asus P5B
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 (1,8Ghz)
Radeon HD 3450 512mb
2*512mb ddr2 800 mhz

running on windows xp sp3

I would like to spend only the necessary... not much.
I know my ram is very low... I will upgrade it for sure!

Could you tell me some good pieces with their prices?

Hmm, u need 4gb ram and a ati radeon hd 4850 512mb-1024mb.

Maybe a quadcore processor too;)

I've seen it around 100 euro... is it correct? what is the normal price of a radeon hd 4850?
and how much for 4gb of ddr2 800mhz ram?

Right, sorry I was fixated on RAM and Graphic Card.

But I would recommend you to save some more money and buy some better Stuff so you can also play lagfree in the future.

thanks for the graphic card link, i really don't know anything about the current situation on them. how's that one? compared to geforce 9800 gt for example?

probably Geil is better than Patriot, but I don't like to have imba ram and stupid processor xD

How is the Core 2 Duo E6300? (which I already have)

Buy a ATI HD 4770

This card is probably 3 -5 % percent Faster than a 4850.. and Dont cost More !
