Bidding is not trading. And here is the level of ignorance about any kind of suspicion quite lower. E. g. who bids for a piece of SS 160g? No one. That will be tracked down for sure.

I bought around 1k Gold so far. I've always bought from private sellers. Also I always used "money transfer" via Cross-Server Dungeon Bid System.

Is cross server dungeon bidding less risky? What's the ban period like, for rmt buying?
