It seems like anet finally tracks items per pm. I am not 100% sure but at least 90%.
I do not know if this is only true for ectos or any item.
Any input (cases, solutions etc) is very welcome.
Atm I know of 3 cases in which no gold has been sent:
- 2 costomers got most of their gold deleted (no mail/warning whtsoever)
- 4 of my accs (3 used for botting 1 as ecto storrage)
