[Question] About VPS/VDS

So guys, I have a question which connected with vps/vds for sro server.
Which characteristics of PC I have to take for the 1st time (0-50 players)?
And should it be windows or any OS?

It must be a windows, RAM usage depends on what regions you have and how many mobs there are spawned ingame. You should have at last 8 GB RAM to fully run the server
