venezuela ship

i open new ship with venezulan vpn but i forget the change ip when i purchase starter package ,so my flag change in to my country(pretty expensive), now if i create new account and always use vpn there is any change to lose my flag ?
(note:im using always bitcoin when i buy something from seafight)
