Assigning a certain hour to spawn a unique

How can i assign a certain hour to let an unique appeared ? , i don't wanna the logic of RefNest " Delay time after death " , I wanna assign a certain hour to let it appear.

I got medusa an example for that also checked its RefNest no thing special there , then checked its GameWorld .. got that

GAMEWORLD_DISAPPEARANCE_TIME 3600000 INT32
GAMEWORLD_DISAPPEARANCE_TIME 1800000 INT32
GAMEWORLD_DISAPPEARANCE_TIME 600000 INT32
GAMEWORLD_DISAPPEARANCE_TIME 300000 INT32

That's for instances with a schedule, you can't make a unique spawn at a certain time if it doesn't have a schedule.And no, you can't create new schedules.So yea I am gonna tell you that refnest delay is the only way.

Ok i gonna put the unique in an instance anyway so i gonna define a gameworld schedule for that instance ,
but what about the unique i wanna its notice appear in the same time ,
you said it's not possible ok , but how is that working with medusa ?? what makes it appear at these time in DB
i don't think it's in gameserver or maybe yea
