[Proplem] With SQL _RefObjItem

When i Open This Tab _RefObjItem
And i Try To Paste Any Line igot no thing
and when i try to write it by my self i cant write any thing in ID Tab
someone will tell me write other's and after finish press enter then automaticaly SQL will Set ID Line .
i already do it and when i press enter he tell me write id for save the change's
