PvP/Job pservers??

I've been playing on Duckroad for ~3wks and I have a couple characters at level cap. But I've found out there's almost NO jobbing at all on the server. Nobody plays CTF or Arena. All everybody does is farm with bots and max characters.

Are there any populated pservers with a high jobbing rate??
