Programs Use To Create Bots?

Hi was just wonder if you guys could share what programs you guys use to create bots like pixel bot and not macros like sit 6 second mediate cast spell etc. +P thanks =)

Takes to long to make a tutorial, but I think if you search on google there should be some good ones there for you.
