This is not my server, nor do i have any control over it, although i have been playing on a server named Hellbound Levelling System (Shortened name), and i find that the server is well set up, and maintained.
It is based in New York, So ping is well centralised for British and American, with the server being a dedicated core the server suffers from very little if any lag. Also from personal experience should also suffer next to no down time, other than development of game problems ofcoarse.
The server has Rust.IO, Quick Smelt, Clans, the Hunt System, Leveling system, Sign Artist, Limited TPs/homes, No boosted gather rate other than from RPG mods stated before, and very simple kits, So no big boosts, youre gonna have to work for what you want.
The Server community, at the moment small but seems friendly, The server is not constantly monitored by admins, even though they are there, they have no admin powers or rights, they play amongst you, to ensure there is no Admin abuse and there is fair gameplay, if glitches and exploits are played with aswell as cheating, players will be banned through the server console. other than that the admins inform people that rules dont exist, you can say what you want, do what you want (With no cheats or exploits) and kill who you want. If someone griefs you, Get yourself some people and kill them yourself, Why get an admin to do it when you can have the pleasure of doing it yourself. Anyway, these are my thoughts on this server.
