Doesn't really matter. You cannot just use someone else's work, change some bits here and there and then put your name tag on it. Unless, of course, you have that someone's express permission which in this case you clearly do not. If you really redid everything like you claim, I don't see why there should be any resemblance with some existing software that surprisingly does the exact same thing.
So as far as we are concerned, it is perfectly justified for dzik1987 to claim his copyright on this. We will therefore do everything in our power to prevent you from publishing this on our platform.
