VSRO ITEM MALL PROBLEM

When i try buy any item i get this on gameserver:

SilkShop was not registered. You can't buy any cash item. shopGroup_id(1051), shopIndex_InGroup(4)

Any help?

Can you tell me how you fix this error ? i got the same error...rebuild all db table but still the same error..
