Hi, I am on a static ip. How do I use the Bot? Please help. Is there way to change my ip to dynamic? Or is there way i can use static.

You can only change your ip from static to dynamic, by contacting your internet provider.. I don't know if there is a fee for changing it.
By the way, there are other ways you can get many pupils even with static ip :)
