Updater.exe not updated.

Note: I use FileZilla to put the archive of update.patch on the site.
I've tried the browser, because some say the FileZilla can corrupt files, plus it still fails.
Rather I would like to try at xampp, more when there is no way I am without Internet at my house, or I can not change the router settings as my neighbor.

That's is the problem.
You should try to upload your ps00xx.zip file, and then rename it to ps00xx.patch via filezillia once its uploaded.
Or try to avoid to use file zilla
