server delay

any body know how to bypass the skill delay of certain skills

example in our server the musical strike has a .2 sec fix delay on gvg map only

i use ahk but still theres delay i saw people bypass this delay and they dont share it :(

fix delay is set on the server its not client stuff you can try to experiment with rpe or no delay grfs
