OSDS Site ?

I dont know how to use website tools in the osds control panel :
Website Tools
+ Site Rules
+ Site About
+ Site News
+ Download Link

I have a website for my private server but how can i write a news on my site, change the download link etc... ?

Any one know how to use their functions ?

try edit in html editor...

put them in xampp and go to the file and see what happens
