Another way to get out of Mz

1. go met hunt

2. bring a level 1 to met zone (remeber to have lots of scrolls to keep in stone city too)

3. put all the mets / items you want to keep on the noob

4. go suicide at some treasure birds

5. suicide at water devils

6. you should be in stone city with all your mets and items you wanted to keep.

This is useful if you have already disconnected/died/or needed to log out in met zone, and want to get your mets out safely

So basically your saying if you mess up and log out in met zone bring another character, to do the trick.

EDIT: I reread your post, but it makes much more sence to just bring another character to do the log in, log out trick if you d/c in met zone. ;)

no he said bring a lvl 1 char becuz b4 lvl 15 chars don't drop items mets or anything when they die. So u bring in a noob under lvl 15 free way out cuz they cant drop the items.

Wow, I actually didnt know that, and I have been playing since august 2004, but when I used to die I used to drop things under lvl 15, if I remember correctly.

in CO2 you dont drop items under lvl 15, in CO1 I dont know

Oh that must be it, I was sure that lvl 1's dropped items in CO1.

Although it goes back to my first post now, because his point is useless, you might as well have another character do the log out glitch if you d/c in met zone. =)

well just checked if you drop anything before lvl 15 in co1. What i did was buy 20 stanchers and then got a peasant to kill me, and i droped nothing. then got the gaurd to kill me and i droped one stancher. so that probably proves that the chance is less if your below lvl 15 but still possible

Oic good reasearch, its interesting but for the point at hand I personally would still always refer people to use the way out provided, cant see how the lvl 1 noob way can be better, but thats just me. :bandit:

For level 15's..

If you get pked by a player or gaurd, you can drop items.

If a monster kills you, there is a 100% you wont drop items.

That's why I said to suicide at treasure doves instead of gaurds, because they are monsters.


and.. This is for people like me with really crap computers and connection, that disconnect almost every 5 minutes with a 2nd client open, so just incase your noob disconnects too, you can exit.

Another reason I prefer this is because it takes a while to hop through night devils and stuff, when you can just jump at a treasure bird, suicide, and suicide again and be out.

For level 15's..

this is just a faster way to get out instead of having to jump all the way to the portal and dc but both ways still work just as well.

omg this is so bull u talk shit man easiest way out of metzoone is the glitch.......

1: hunt for met
2: go to the second map with nightdevils in it
3: stand at top left next to the tree
4: jump into the swirly hingy
5: log off in black screen
6: make shoore u dced in tc or it wont work....
