Well you just registered on this site. So people are aware about scammers. By vouching you show, that you are a trusted member who doesnt want to scam some people.
This basically means that u give the voucher a small amount of free RP (like 200 or 300).

I dont know if you can be trusted.. Methods like chargeback is very common, in which case the RP will get refunded, as well as the skins/gifts + the account banned.
