problem in setting up win server 2008 r2 service pack

the set up stops at this point then after some minutes it says error

its not a problem u just need to update the windows to suit the sql version

go to control panel to windows firewall and completely turn off your firewall then reinstall and it should be fine . firewall ALWAYS blocks server pack 1 and 2 setup files
