On char creation confirm..ShardManager crash(c++ runtime error)

Now my server works fine and its online .. I log in though the client using my gm account and tried creating a character.. after choosing the name and other stuffs .. when i click on "Confirm" ... i get this C++ runtime error(R6002 Floating point support not loaded) with ShardManager...
