[HELP] Problem When Adding New Quest

Hello guys

iam trying to add new Quest but the problem is, it dose not appear at the NPC

the Quest File in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (Vsro new) have 637 file for 637 Quest
and my Database _RefQuest Got 1042 Quest without my new Quest
GameServer.exe (Loading Logs)
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

any body can help

it would be cool if a picture with extended 'Log' were uploaded to see what the total message is (pic below, sorry :p)
btw, are u sure if both the Quest.sct and QuestList.sct are correct?

No. You have not.
That was an issue back in 2016.

Pay attention to the picture you send yourself. The ID is 0, is 0 a valid ID? NO. there is your problem.
