Bar HP with intensification refinery

I do not understand why the intensification not appear on the bar, someone help me or explain me how do i show up?

Without refinery: Status and HP bar It's working correctly

With refinery: HP bar not appear (+3200HP)

Clearly you aren't calculating the proper HP once it's equipped server side. It's up to you to calculate how much health the player should have and send that data to the client.
