Coding ..

Hello community
i just left coding php scripts and websites and wanna try to help P-SRO users to make exclusive feautures for servers , etc
i saw ppl whom make exploits and auto tools in C# or C++ idk
what must i download to start coding this ? i will study it at the academy
i opened google and searched about Visual studio
but i found ( Visual Studio Community , Visual Studio Enterprise , Visual Studio Code ) and that's 2012/2013/2015
what must i download to start ! any one can tell me ? the first step and the link of the right one ... :D

Just take my Injection tool and re-code it.

I'm using Visual studio 2015.
