hi when i login to game it says this is in chat and is really starting to annoy me

System: Authorization failed!

Have emailed support no answer after 3 days deleted cache and tried everything nothing seems to work any ideas?

ur chat failed to connected to the chatserver because they can't identify your location.

Or you got Chat IP banned ... I got ip banned lol

check u are not using a vpn and if u have a good internet connection signal
