Cannot connect with server

it says

- Login failed
Please try again in a few minutes (42)

After getting this, i got lagged. And now i can't connect.
Any one knows why? Its for all or for me? Cuz NCSOFT doesn't work also

also, how i need to know witch server im playing? i choose EU, but server name dont know

Or get into game (right after PIN and the agreement), you will find the bound server at your characters info panel. Or being ingame (spawned), press F2 for character info, check the section right below your Nickname, right next to your {Class} | {Level} | {SERVERNAME}.
