Hi, i have a little problem with happy tool, i can change event like money drop, experience, etc, but don't work to change item upgrade rate.
More exactly it works to change but has no effect, the upgrade rate remains to "no fail" , i can upgrade any item to lvl 24 without fail, i want to fail :)

You can change it manually in database tgame

Happy don't work because your TITEMGRADECHART is set all to 100.. After changing it, you will be able to do "Uppgrade Event" on Happy (only to grow rates).

Change the following table:
TGAME_GSP->dbo->TITEMGRADECHART

Collumn name:
bProb
(Don't change any other collumn)
