Billing server is dead

pleas any expert here help me fix this problem my shard exe crash

after this error : SR_ShardManager.exe

i also changed port from 8080 to 8090 and 80 and not work
DB Connect :

it is not from version iis cuz this is 5.1 i did install win 7 64bit home -home premium sp1 with iis 7 and also not work for me

I try every single solution possible in epvp or other forum nothing work for me ....


anyone have solution for that problem and i try it and work for me i will pay him for that !

Try and navigate to :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] <- It should show you the date and time
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] <- If the connection is successful, you'll see a white page.

Else, you'll see the reason why the IIS isn't working.
