Add new weapons

Hello can someone tell me how to add new items on server ?
and Client side and server side!
i know a bit of them but :o not perfect on that subject !
i would really appriciate if someone could tell me and if he can to link the programms he uses for item_proto pack/unpack and for item_proto.sql :D
