How long did it take mods to remove your negative?

Heya guys,

Just got this question pop up in my head, so ask general in forum, how long did it take mods to remove your negative? I mean I got one thread that is 4 months old, still can't figure it out why. And I made a new one recently that takes like 5 mins to solve it. And probably will take 2-4 months.

I know mods might be busy and so, just for curiosity how long did it take.

Mods can't remove a rating
only Admins and Mai-Lin can do that

however, you need to push your topic at our support areas every 24 hours if you still waiting for an answer
there are dozens of new cases every day, if you don't push your topic we will forgot about that
