I cant log on my acc

since yesterday morning i cant log on my acc...my network connection is ok ...i also downloaded a new client and reinstaled but keep giveing me the same error when i try lo log on, the client is up to date..." Error: Failed to connect to the server. Please login again. " that's the error i was talking about any of u know what i must do?
