[Crash]Custom Teleport - Strange Problem

Hello guys , i've just added 4 new custom teleports and they worked fine ..
but i added 5th one ( the same way didn't change anything ) it keeps crashing me

Yea i added the teleport in mujigi mobs area .. then took all these paths from another client the same problem although it's working well before adding teleport .. any solution? thanks
